I was very selective in who I chose to replace the flat, PVC roof on my home in SW Portland. I wanted a company that was not only EXPERTS on flat roofing with tapered insulation, but could also work side-by-side with ease with my general contractor to fabricate a new metal wrap for the sidewalls with matching coping cap metal (my home is mid-century modern and CLEAN, PRECISE lines were imperative). PERFECTION was a requirement, and Orion delivered, big time!

I could not be more pleased with Orion Roofing!! I've waited well over a year to write this review, just to see how things held up, and as expected I have had zero issues. My house was built in 1954, and wasn't cared for very well by the previous owner, so there were bound to be come discoveries along the way. Throughout the process they were are extremely professional, great communication (office manager Jaclyn is FANTASIC, prompt, professional, informed, everything good), accurate quoting, informative about the material and build options, the owner Jason is happy to get involved as and when needed to explain things and sort our issues (it was a complex job, and when there were some minor issues they were PROMPTLY made right), Vicente and crew were AMAZING, and did FANTASTIC work. The sheet metal overlap expertise really came in handy as well. They have pride in their work, and work as if they were working on their own home. Every day the work site was left clean, and the final product is SOLID. Tapered insulation works perfectly to prevent any standing water, oversized drainage pipes are super clean looking, the materials are TOP TIER, and the sidewall is SOLID. NEVER did they scoff at my sometimes VERY picky questions and requests. The end result speaks for itself. I LOVE my roof, and I know I can count on Orion to not only stand behind their work, but to also provide help and guidance with normal roof maintenance (at a fair price).

Well over a year after the roof was installed (with zero issues, SOLID job), I had Vincente back out to fit boots for a new electrical pole I had installed by an electrician. Same, friendly and extremely knowledgeable Vicente was a great help, once again, with great, precise work!

Pedro and his team did an amazing job on our roof, it looks beautiful. The whole crew was great, they cleaned the job site daily and worked quickly. They previously replaced another family members roof and exceed their expectations. The best bid we received (and we did a lot of searching) and the best crew we have had do a home project for us. This place is super shady. I had a quote for roof cleaning & a few other misc. items which was reasonable & due to travel had a need to work around those travel times and the time/date of service. I had been on a stand-by list but rather than calling (which was exclusively how I'd been communicating with the company), an e-mail was sent which was received much later & the appointment time had been booked. When the company had an opening that worked with my schedule I was told "Sorry, for the next several months we are only replacing roofs because there is such a short window for us to do this work". Meanwhile, the money spent for the estimate was wasted because there was no service to apply the funds to. Save yourself a headache & your month & don't deal with this money grabbing company.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof. Customer service, communication and crew work this company provides is second to none. They were very communicative during some inclement weather so we were ALWAYS aware of their progress and plans. Each day the site was clean. I received three quotes from different companies, and not only was their estimate the best, they also provided some "additional" options to assist us in repairing water damaged beams as well as a complete re-do of our front patio. No other company looked beyond the roof itself. 100% recommend!!!

Knowledgeable, honest, and dependable

I got 3 quotes from different companies. Although they were all similar in price, one company wouldn't address the patio cover that was causing rotting problems, another company did offer a solution, but Orion offered 2 solutions. One was what the other company suggested, but they also pointed out the minor flaw in that solution and offered a better option but would cost slightly more. That's when I realized Orion crews were focused on the details and not just on the quick and easy.

The crew was respectable of the property and cleaned up every night before going home. If I had questions, they were happy to answer and make sure I understood what they were doing and why so that I was happy. They took pictures of what was being done and shared them with me.

During the process there were 2 issues that were unforeseeable. On both occasions we discussed the options and they went the extra effort to get it how they would want it to be done if it was their home. They truly treat your home like it was theirs. Orion is invested in your home and not just in the profits.

I could not be happier with the work they did and the care they had. They were wonderful to work with from the front office to the roofing crew at my place.

I highly recommend Orion for their quality, respect, knowledge and honesty.

We recently had our 4500 sqft roof replaced by Orion Roofing. I selected them after 4 bids and contractor interviews. Cost was important and Pedro gave a competitive bid and worked with me to ensure I was selecting the right product. Jaclyn was very professional and kept me apprised of the upcoming time and date of the job. I was really impressed by how quickly she responded to my emails and how well informed she was of the status. Once the job started I was completely convinced I had selected the right company. Every single person on the crew was polite, professional and ready to answer any questions I had. The job took a week and spanned over a weekend. They always left the job site complete cleaned, picked up and trash and hauled it away daily. I mean picking up every nail at the end of a very tiring day from all over my house...think about how hard this team worked. I am delighted at how well Orion Roofing performed and will highly recommend them to anyone looking to get roof work done. These guys are great!

Looks like this company is out of business. Offices are closed and windows are covered. Just has an answering service and looks like he's probably working out of the back of his truck. Too bad.

These guys are rock solid. Have been working with them for 4 years now and live that I can trust them even though I am not present where I need the work done. Pedro is professional, polite and trustworthy.
