My carpets were long over do for a cleaning. The Mr. Steam team were very responsive and thorough in getting the job done. I had stains in my carpets that other companies weren't able to remove, but Kris was able to. My carpets are old and well worn, and he was able to make them look beautiful again. Thanks so much!!

They did a fantastic and thorough job, the best that we've ever had, which is saying something, especially in light of the fact that we have two chow-chows that are constantly cycling through shedding gobs of hair. They also used an enzyme to break down the proteins, which was a minor add-on and worked beautifully. Now our carpets are sparkling. Will definitely use again. Strong recommendation, and great value.

Mr. Steam does a great job! They came to my church and cleaned the floors in the gym! They cleaned carpets, and we now know they clean area rugs, furniture, drapes, and tile! Kris does a thorough job, their prices are fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have four dogs. One is elderly and one is a puppy. You can imagine the damage they do to a house. When shit hits the fan, kinda literally, Mr Steam makes it all go away. I've actually never seen a better carpet cleaner. I've used Stanley Steemer in the past and there's really no comparison. These guys are in a different league.
