Kudos to our American Medical Response - AMR Independence/South Platte operation for recently earning reaccreditation with the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS). The operation was first accredited in 2005 managing an advanced life support (ALS) and basic life support (BLS) system. CAAS accreditation is designed to help EMS agencies increase organizational performance and efficiency, increase clinical quality and decrease risk and liability. “Our accreditation through CAAS represents the commitment and dedication of our first responders to clinical excellence, efficient service and safety,” said Jason Jenkins, regional director for AMR. “This independent review validates that we are adhering to the highest standards in the industry.” https://ow.ly/Ji3E50RERfs
